Do we allow for customization to existing plans?

A: Minor customization to one of our existing plans is allowed at no extra charge. More detailed
customization (major structural) is also allowed but a $750.00 no refundable charge would apply.

Are lot deposits fully refundable if we don’t proceed.

A: The initial lot deposits are fully refundable should a firm agreement not be completed.

How does the cabinetry part of the selection process work?

A: A cabinetry allowance is determined based on the model at the time of sale. The customer then
meets directly with the cabinet maker and makes any necessary changes/revisions to their
cabinetry. Adjustments (credit or extra) is documented thought a change order prior to closing.

Do you cooperate with Realtors?

A: You are welcome to bring your realtor to represent you. Please have your Realtor attend any
meetings with you and contact the Listing Agent for an appointment.

How long does it take to build a home?

A: It takes approximately 6-7 months for build time. Bromberg Homes has an excellent track record
for closing homes on schedule.
